Brief Introduction of EPE FOAM CUTTING MACHINE.

 

Automatic trimming can be set during the feeding process, the vertical size can be adjusted manually, and the horizontal size can be set in the touch screen to save materials.

The feeding adopts servo motor to drive the pulling pair of rollers, PLC system control, and human-computer interaction interface.

The roller is specially treated, the surface is knurled, and it rotates synchronously. The upper and lower heights can be adjusted by one button on the display. The encoder controls the motor with higher precision and no manual adjustment is required.

The feeding rack and the discharging rack adopt a space-saving folding scheme, which is suitable for entering the elevator and convenient for debugging, which can be operated by one person.

The horizontal and vertical slitting machine can also multi-layer (5 Layers or more ) slitting and cutting, and the slitting thickness can be 0.5mm-100mm.
