A.Stopping epe foam sheet making machine

 

a.Close the main machine part. 

 

Click the stop button on speed controller operator under the frequency conversion, return the channel-changing knobs to 0 ( contrarotate to the end)

 

b. Click down the red stopping button of butane, monostearin, wind ring wind fan and the sizing drum fan.

 

c. Turning off the water pump switch.

 

d. Turning off every zone switch, turn off the power switch of main control cabinet. 

 

e. Loosen the machine head nut, release the pressure in barrel of machine head, to avoid the materials go back into the butane and monostearin one -way valve.

B.Stopping the auxiliary part

 

a.Click the stop button on speed controller operator under the frequency conversion, return the channel-changing knobs to 0 ( contrarotate to the end)

 

b. Clicking the red stop button one by one, turn off the power switch. 

 

c.Close the butane system, from the small gas tank to nitrogen bottle, turn off the valve one by one.
