b. The material hopper should be kept clean, to avoid the impurities and dust fall into, it’s more important is to avoid the screw nut and other hard objects to fall into the hopper to cause the machine jammed, and damage the equipment.
c. It will be kept clean in plant。
d. Daily routine checking
e.transmission condition of each drive system, the tightness 、lubricating and wearing of belt and chain.
f. lubricating oil level of each size reducer、butane pump、 monostearin pump, if it is lack of oil.
g. Paying attention to the using time of reducer、butane pump、monostearin pump lubricating oil , replace timely, cleaning and changing the oil after three month for new equipment, then change it in every year.
h. Cleaning up the residue and filter net in time in the monostearin pot .
